1. Scope and agreement
These Terms of Service govern use of Sharedpro Technologies Private Limited’s websites and online services. Sharedpro is referred to as we or us. Read these terms and our Privacy Policy before using a service. For questions, contact [email protected].
These are general website and platform terms. Using the website does not require a separate commercial agreement. By using the services, you agree to these terms. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Users and service information
You means the individual using a service and, where you act with authority for an organisation, that organisation. Customer means the organisation purchasing or arranging services. Content includes information, documents, media, code and responses submitted to a service. Outputs include generated reports, analyses, recommendations and summaries.
If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. Do not accept obligations for someone else without their permission.
3. Services and demonstrations
Sharedpro provides talent-capacity, assessment, communication-analysis, API, campus and related services. Features and availability are described on the relevant service pages and may change.
Profiles, calculators and reports are not binding quotations, guarantees of placement, promises of a particular hiring outcome or confirmations that a named person is available.
4. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms to register or use our services. People under 18 may not participate, including with parental consent or through an organisation.
Provide accurate account information, keep login credentials and API keys confidential, and notify us of suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Do not share access beyond the permissions or licence purchased.
5. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate requirements, hold the rights and permissions needed for submitted content, give appropriate notices to participants, and use services consistently with applicable law. Customers remain responsible for their employment, educational and other decisions.
Using this website does not create an employment relationship. Organisations remain responsible for lawful decisions, appropriate participant notices and authorised access to information.
6. Participants and assessments
Follow the assessment instructions, submit your own work unless collaboration is expressly allowed, and do not impersonate another person or interfere with assessment integrity. Read the notice for recording, identity verification and proctoring before participating.
Contact the inviting organisation before starting if you need an accommodation or cannot use a required feature. If you believe a report is inaccurate, contact that organisation and [email protected] with the assessment reference. Participation does not guarantee employment, admission or placement.
7. AI outputs and their limits
Automated outputs can contain errors, omissions or bias and require appropriate human judgment. Verify important information against the underlying evidence. Scores and integrity signals are not conclusive proof of ability, misconduct or future performance.
Expression analysis is not a medical diagnosis or a reliable determination of an individual’s feelings, truthfulness or intent. Do not use outputs for prohibited surveillance, discrimination or other unlawful purposes. The service is not a substitute for professional advice where that is needed.
8. API use
Use API keys only for authorised purposes and protect them from disclosure. Respect the documented usage limits, access controls and restrictions for your plan. Do not bypass rate limits, probe accounts belonging to others or disrupt the service.
Only submit media and other content you are entitled to process, with the required notices and permissions. Follow the documentation and usage limits for the service you access.
9. Pricing information
Website pricing estimates are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise. Where a paid feature is offered, the applicable price, taxes and payment or cancellation conditions must be disclosed before you purchase it. Merely browsing the website does not create a payment obligation.
10. Intellectual property and content
Sharedpro and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software and website materials. Company names and logos belong to their respective owners. Access to a service does not transfer ownership of the underlying platform.
You retain the rights you hold in your content. You authorise processing of that content to provide the service you request, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Do not submit content that infringes someone else’s rights.
Model training is subject to advance notice and an opportunity to opt out, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Where affirmative consent is legally required, we will obtain it before using the data for training. You can submit a training opt-out request to [email protected].
11. Confidential information
Use confidential information obtained through the service only for the authorised purpose and disclose it only to authorised recipients. Do not publish another person’s assessment records or a customer’s confidential materials without authority.
12. Personal data
Our Privacy Policy describes how personal data is handled, including the 90-day retention policy, processing and storage in India, training choices and our adults-only eligibility rule. Send privacy requests and complaints to [email protected].
Do not submit personal data that is unnecessary for the requested service. Customer instructions do not authorise processing prohibited by applicable law.
13. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, harassment, malware distribution, unauthorised surveillance or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not bypass security controls, extract data without authority or interfere with other users.
Do not represent unverified reports or outputs as authenticated facts. Do not resell access or use another person’s account without our authorisation.
14. Availability and reliance
We seek to provide useful services, but internet services may be interrupted and automated results may be imperfect. Verify information before relying on it for an important decision. No particular hiring or business outcome is guaranteed.
Website information may change. Nothing here limits a warranty, duty or consumer protection that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
15. Responsibility and liability
Each party is responsible for its conduct and obligations under applicable law. You are responsible for the decisions you make using the website and its outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Third-party claims
Do not submit content or use the service in a way that infringes third-party rights. Contact us promptly if you become aware of a claim or suspected infringement affecting the service. Claims and remedies are governed by applicable law.
17. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to address security risks, unlawful use or material misuse. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to raise a concern. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
Ending access does not automatically remove records that must be kept for a lawful purpose. See the Privacy Policy for deletion requests and retention.
18. Events outside reasonable control
Events outside reasonable control, such as network failures, natural disasters or government restrictions, may interrupt services. We will take reasonable steps to address disruptions. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
19. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts under applicable law.
Contact [email protected] to raise a service concern. This contact route does not restrict any statutory remedy or deadline.
20. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as services change. The last-updated date identifies the current version. Changes do not remove accrued rights. Notice or acceptance of material changes will be obtained where required by law.
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
